Fair Housing Statement
Last updated: May 22, 2026
Home Hub is committed to compliance with all federal, state, and local fair housing laws and equal opportunity principles.
Equal Housing Opportunity
We are pledged to the letter and spirit of U.S. policy for the achievement of equal housing opportunity throughout the nation. We encourage and support an affirmative advertising and marketing program in which there are no barriers to obtaining housing because of race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, or national origin.
The Fair Housing Act
The Fair Housing Act (Title VIII of the Civil Rights Act of 1968, as amended) prohibits discrimination in the sale, rental, and financing of housing based on:
- Race
- Color
- National origin
- Religion
- Sex
- Familial status (including children under age 18 living with parents or legal custodians, pregnant women, and people securing custody of children under 18)
- Disability (handicap)
Many states and localities extend fair housing protections to additional classes including marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity, source of income, and age. Home Hub complies with all applicable state and local fair housing laws.
Our Commitment
Home Hub does not discriminate on the basis of any protected class in:
- Access to or use of the Home Hub platform
- Display or presentation of property listings
- Search results and property recommendations
- Communications with users and real estate professionals
Steering Prohibition
Home Hub prohibits steering — the practice of directing homebuyers toward or away from neighborhoods based on protected characteristics. Our platform is designed to provide equal access to all available listings regardless of the user's race, national origin, religion, or any other protected characteristic.
