Listing data is provided by third-party sources including MLSs and individual agents. Home Hub makes no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of listing information. You should independently verify all property details before making any real estate decisions.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Home Hub, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Home Hub or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without express written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Home Hub is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Home Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
